Ražanac Luxury Villa

Project development of a newly built two-storey luxury villa. The ground floor features a double-height living space with large glazed openings, an exhibition niche, the kitchen and a guest bedroom, while service areas are located in the basement. The upper floor contains two bedrooms connected by a gallery with a work area overlooking the living area.

The outdoor space includes parking areas and a swimming pool aligned with the living space, equipped with a sliding walkable wooden cover.

The façade combines decorative concrete walls and large glazed surfaces, some framed by wooden boiserie panels. The project also features custom-designed interior elements and a strong focus on architectural detailing.
