Supernova ZAD III
Retail Center

Project of a single-storey retail center developed toshell an d core level. The irregular L-shaped layout organizes six retail units oriented toward the parking areas and connected by covered pedestrian walkways.

The main façade is characterized by large glazed surfaces, while the rear façade is defined by self-supporting panels and the lateral elevations are clad in stone. The structural system consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams and columns. Above the roofline, an attic element clad in decorative mineral wool panels on a steel substructure articulates the building silhouette through geometric projections, appearing almost as an independent volume.
