DESCRIPTION

The project transforms a former factory administrative building into a 130-room urban high-end hotel with complementary facilities. The historic structure, developed over four floors, is preserved and restored, maintaining its masonry construction, wooden roof and original façade.

A new five-storey volume composed of two interconnected segments extends the building and integrates an underground garage. Between the existing structure and the new addition, a glazed palm house acts as a luminous transitional space, bringing natural light deep into the complex and connecting the hotel with the outdoor terrace and pool area. Different façade systems articulate the new volumes, creating a contemporary intervention that respects the historic context.
