Supernova ZAD III
Retail Center

Single-storey retail center developed to permit design level, adapting an existing architectural concept to meet the client's specific requirements.

The irregular L-shaped layout organizes six retail units oriented toward the parking areas and connected by covered pedestrian walkways. The main façade features large glazed surfaces, while the rear is defined by self-supporting panels and the lateral elevations are clad in stone.

The central design challenge lay in the integration between the roof structure – prefabricated reinforced concrete beams and columns – and the attic element above, which was fully redesigned.

Clad in decorative mineral wool panels on a steel substructure, it articulates the building silhouette through irregular geometric projections, reading almost as an independent volume above the roofline.
