Biograd Winery

The project integrates industrial wine production and visitor hospitality within a single architectural composition, organized as two intersecting and rotated volumes.

The lower one, a single-storey reinforced concrete structure with exposed concrete finish, accommodates the production areas, technical spaces and staff facilities.

Above it, a second volume with an inclined timber structure intersects the first and unfolds over two levels, hosting the visitor area. The tasting room on the upper floor overlooks the double-height production hall below and opens onto a large panoramic roof terrace.

Carefully positioned openings and glazed surfaces along the inclined façade bring natural light deep into the interior while framing transversal views toward the surrounding landscape, enhancing the visitor experience.
