Mixed-Use Building

A mixed-use residential and commercial building developed from concept through construction, on an elongated plot that demanded a clear compositional strategy to avoid a generic outcome. The volume is articulated through recessed loggias, projecting frames and volumes, and a contrasting material palette, creating depth, rhythm and a recognizable architectural identity within a constrained footprint.

The design combines a ground-floor restaurant and private garage with eleven residential units above, including a penthouse with a panoramic terrace, each designed to meet the client's specific requirements.

Full responsibility for design development, technical documentation, multidisciplinary team coordination and on-site architectural supervision.

The restaurant interior was developed as a subsequent phase, maintaining the same material language and spatial approach established for the building.
