Hyatt Regency Hotel

The project transforms a historic factory administration building into a 130-room urban high-end hotel with restaurants, wellness and fitness facility, ballroom and outdoor pool.

Between the existing structure and the new additions, a glazed palm house acts as a luminous transitional space, bringing natural light deep into the complex and connecting the hotel with the outdoor terrace and pool areas.

Design development and construction documentation were carried out translating the original architectural concept into a technically resolved and buildable project.

Work included spatial organization, outdoor areas and terrace design, façade detailing, and construction drawings, while coordinating with structural, MEP and hospitality consultants across the complex phases of the restoration of the existing structure and the integration of new contemporary volumes.
